About GRABO
GRABO makes electric suction cup tools used by professionals for handling stone, glass, tile, drywall, metal, and more. We hold the patent on the electric suction technology and are growing fast in the U.S. and internationally. Our Amazon presence has been strong but is currently messy — unauthorized sellers, MAP violators, inconsistent listings, and inventory issues are hurting our brand and margins. We need someone who can take ownership and clean this up.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager who lives and breathes Amazon Seller Central. You will own our Amazon channel end-to-end: listings, ASINs, pricing enforcement, inventory, and regaining control of the marketplace. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly fix problems and drive revenue for a growing tool brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Listings & Catalog Management: Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings, ASINs, images, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords. Fix suppressed or problematic listings.
- MAP Enforcement & Violator Control: Monitor and aggressively address MAP violators, unauthorized sellers, and gray market activity. Issue warnings, coordinate with distributors, and escalate as needed to protect pricing and brand integrity.
- Inventory Management: Forecast demand, manage FBA inventory levels, prevent stockouts/overstock, and coordinate with our warehouse/3PL teams.
- Performance Optimization: Track sales, PPC campaigns, Buy Box ownership, metrics, and competitor activity. Implement strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and profitability.
- Channel Control: Work with authorized distributors and retailers to maintain a clean, compliant Amazon ecosystem. Help transition more sales through controlled channels.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular reports on Amazon performance and recommend improvements for listings, promotions, and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Amazon Expertise: 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably for physical products/tools/hardware.
- Strong experience with listings optimization, inventory planning, and MAP enforcement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills — you catch problems before they blow up.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, other marketplaces, or tool/hardware brands.
- Local to Las Vegas is a big plus (we’re based here and value in-person collaboration).
