Job Title: Amazon Customer Business Manager (CBM) - Pet
Location: South Carolina - onsite full time - relocation is available.
Package: Up to 160,000K USD base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategy and annual sales plans for the Amazon account, with full P&L responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Amazon buyers and stakeholders.
- Technical understanding in this role is SO important - charge back management, inventory management etc - almost more important than the sales side of this role.
- To ultimately be a SME within Amazon - pet experience is a plus but not a must, we are open to candidates from consumer facing industries used to repeat purchases.
Required:
- Significant account management experience // 5+ years in eCommerce / Amazon sales.
- Knowledge of Amazon marketplace, SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proven track record of managing large key accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Technical skills as well as sales skills.
