High growth CPG Brand


About the Role

A fast-growing DTC CPG brand is looking for a hands-on Amazon & Marketplace Growth Lead to own and scale its ecommerce presence across Amazon Seller Central and key digital channels.

This is a build-and-scale role -ideal for someone who can take Amazon from an early-stage revenue stream to a meaningful, structured growth engine within a broader omnichannel business.


Responsibilities


Amazon & Marketplace Ownership

Own end-to-end performance across Amazon Seller Central (1P/3P) plus key marketplaces, driving growth across product listings, SEO, content, pricing, and merchandising.


  • Growth & Revenue Scaling -Build and execute a clear roadmap to scale Amazon and marketplace revenue from early contribution to a meaningful share of total business, with full accountability for topline performance.
  • Amazon Performance Marketing - Lead Amazon Ads strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), continuously optimizing CAC, TACoS, and ROAS to drive efficient, profitable growth.
  • Listing & Conversion Optimisation - Own PDP optimisation, A+ content, keyword strategy, and conversion rate improvements to maximise traffic-to-purchase performance.
  • Operational Excellence Manage forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment signals, and coordination with 3PL and supply chain teams to ensure stock health and availability.
  • Cross-Functional Execution - Work closely with brand, product, creative, and ops teams to ensure Amazon execution aligns with broader DTC brand and product strategy.
  • Reporting & Insight - Own marketplace reporting, performance analysis, and insight generation to inform both commercial and marketing decisions.


Requirements


  • 5–7+ years in Amazon / marketplace management (strong Seller Central experience essential)
  • Proven track record scaling Amazon revenue in a CPG, wellness, apparel, or DTC environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace optimisation (SEO, listings, conversion)
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with real ownership of P&L drivers
  • Strong commercial mindset able to connect platform execution to revenue outcomes
