The Role
The Sr. Manager, Amazon owns the performance of Creative Laboratories’ brand portfolio on Amazon across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P). This role manages six brands across approximately 160 ASINs in partnership with an external advertising agency. It combines commercial discipline, creative direction, and operational rigor to accelerate growth, visibility, and channel performance across the full portfolio. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue and brand equity.
What You’ll Do
Day-to-Day Channel Management
• Own day-to-day performance across all six brands on Amazon, with full responsibility for listing content, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Partner with the external advertising agency to optimize merchandising and PDP strategy; hold the agency accountable on weekly ad spend calls against KPIs including TACoS/ACoS, ROAS, organic rank, share of voice, and conversion rate.
• Manage the coupon and promotional calendar across the portfolio.
• Drive ratings and reviews strategy to support listing performance and brand credibility.
• Build and maintain a Subscribe & Save strategy for applicable product categories.
Content & Creative Direction
• Direct content strategy across the portfolio by briefing and guiding internal marketing and creative teams to produce optimized listing assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Own the strategy and execution of A+ Content, Brand Stores, video assets, imagery, and listing copy across all brands.
• Lead listing SEO and keyword strategy at the ASIN level, in partnership with the external agency.
Vendor Central (1P) – Keracolor
• Manage the 1P relationship for Keracolor, including chargebacks, shortage claims, deductions, and dispute resolution.
• Lead Annual Vendor Negotiation (AVN) preparation and ongoing terms negotiation with the assigned Amazon Vendor Manager.
• Evaluate the 1P vs. 3P model on an ongoing basis and renegotiate terms when warranted.
Seller Central (3P) – Aluram, Shibui, BLVD & CO, Color Lux, Tan Inc
• Own day-to-day Seller Central operations, including Brand Registry, listing health, suppression resolution, and case management.
• Partner with Operations on FBA inventory health to ensure Prime availability across the portfolio.
Inventory & Forecasting
• Partner with Operations on lead times, replenishment, and product shipments to Amazon.
• Deliver SKU-level demand forecasts to support Sales and Operations across all six brands.
• Monitor IPI score and ASIN-level inventory health for the 3P brands.
New Product Launches
• Own the end-to-end launch process on Amazon, including ASIN setup, listing creation, A+ content, image and video assets, Vine enrollment, launch advertising strategy, ratings velocity, and inventory readiness.
Strategic Initiatives & Brand Protection
• Analyze and report on multi-brand performance and category data; translate insights into actionable brand and marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitor strategies and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive position across the portfolio.
• Own SKU-level P&L in partnership with Finance.
• Own Brand Registry enforcement across all six brands, including unauthorized seller takedowns, listing hijack remediation, and counterfeit reporting.
• Monitor and enforce MAP policy in coordination with the Sales team.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Amazon channel management experience with hands-on ownership of both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
• Experience managing a multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolio.
• Proficiency in Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Brand Registry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate Amazon data into commercial decisions.
• Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing creative teams and presenting to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to hold external partners accountable to KPIs.
Bonus If You Have
• Experience in the beauty, personal care, or haircare CPG industry.
• Familiarity with ARA/ARA Premium, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, Helium 10, Stackline, or Jungle Scout.
