Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, and Lowe’s onboarding, ensuring product availability, fulfillment performance, and compliance
- Monitor supply vs. demand by channel/SKU, proactively addressing stockouts, overstock risk, and driving in-stock rates and inventory productivity
- Oversee retailer compliance (routing guides, ASNs, chargebacks) and resolve operational issues, SLA misses, and carrier exceptions end-to-end
- Manage fulfillment and warehouse partner relationships to ensure consistent, reliable order execution across all channels
- Build actionable dashboards (fill rate, OTIF, returns, days of supply) and partner cross-functionally (Finance, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech) to drive performance and cost efficiency
- Document SOPs and workflows, improve automation and data accuracy, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders with a pragmatic, ROI-focused approach
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field desired
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, marketplace operations, or e-commerce — preferably in specialty retail or consumer goods
• Hands-on Amazon experience required (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or both)
• Exposure to multi-channel retail (big-box, department store, or marketplace)
• Demonstrated ability to document business processes, SOPs, or workflows in a clear, structured format
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders
